Planting Seeds Church of Deliverance began as an Outreach Ministry in 1991. Individuals from all walks of life would meet at the home of Pastor Betty J. Johnson. Pastor Johnson being led by the Holy Spirit would open her door every Thursday evening for prayer and Bible study. Obedient to God's will, Pastor Johnson followed the instruction directly from the Lord and Planting Seeds Outreach Ministry was chartered on July 19, 1993 by Pastor Betty J. Johnson and her mother the late Gretha Mae Blue.
